Are you an aspiring firefighter but don't yet have your CPAT or EMT? Are you an EMT or Medic looking to go into fire, but don't yet have your CPAT? Then, this class is for you! Designed by firefighters, workouts are focused on firefighter functional fitness. In April and May, we will hold trial classes and launch the official program in June. Come join one, two, or even all the days to get more information and do a fun workout!

Classes do require advanced registration (24 hours prior to event day). No day of or at door tickets will be sold. No refunds. Parking is free in any unoccupied space in the adjacent lot.

Each class needs a minimum of 3 people to occur. If we don't get the minimum number of people, we will cancel the class and refunds will be sent.
