We are very excited to present to you the St Andrews Charity Oktoberfest 2013!
This year’s event will take place on Saturday the 9th of March and will run from 2PM until 10PM. Please find details regarding ticket sales below.
International ticket sales are now CLOSED. We are looking forward to welcoming you all in St Andrews.
For the first time we will introduce shuttles from Edinburgh airport to St Andrews in order to facilitate your travels.
Please sing up early in order to avoid disappointment:
ST ANDREWS STUDENTS:
For St Andrews students, ticket sales will take place through a raffle system in order to avoid long queues.
We invite all of you to sign up for the raffle at MaBells (St Andrews Golf Hotel) from 12noon to 3PM on Monday the 11th of February. This will be the only date and time to sign up for the raffle.
Tickets will once again be sold in groups of 10 tickets. It is not possible to sign up for single tickets.
After the raffle signup on the 11th of February all the names noted down will be raffled and the winners will be notified via email on the same evening. Winners will receive a table (10 tickets) and these tickets can be freely distributed amongst your friends. Further information regarding the physical collection of tickets will be included in the email. Tickets are £40 each.
St Andrews Charity Oktoberfest is in aid of TCCL (Tayside Children with Cancer and Leukaemia).
