We welcome wine-lovers, families, and their friends to enjoy and explore our winery, vines, and tasting room through our Fire Tower experience. Whether it be one of our wines, wine slushies, #WineCream (wine ice cream) or a Warm Mulled Wine, we’re absolutely certain that you’re a taste away from finding your next New England favorite. This reservation is ONLY for the outside Fire Tower Experience.

Private Vineyard Fire Towers are handcrafted, American Built, Outdoor Pellet Stoves. The event includes the following for two adults (add additional guest later):

Children under 13 are free and welcome. Pets allowed when leashed, Children 13 to 20 purchase an adult ticket and we will modify their experience without alcohol, 12 and under are free.

The cost is $59 for the first two Adults and $15 for each additional person for up to 8 people in the same party. Your visit will be for 105 minutes (One hour and forty five minutes). We request you arrive fifteen minutes before your reservation. Choose a time then under ADD ons add any additional guest up to six (eight total occupants). Larger parties please call 603-244-3165

The Fire Towers are outside under the sky, we recommend dressing in layers as it can be chilly or warm. Make sure to wear warm foot wear.Blankets and Gloves are available for sale in the tasting room.

We have cultivated the experience at the winery with our visitors in mind. We fill each and every space, and amenity, with the love and hospitality that we hold so dear. We hope that our attention to detail and desire to pamper shines through each time you visit.

COVID State of New Hampshire Occupancy, Cleaning and Sanitation protocols will be followed.

Reservations can be rescheduled once up to 72 hours prior to the reserved time. After the 72 hour time period, you can gift the time to another party by notifying us. No refunds. If You or Your party does not arrive within fifteen minutes past your reserved time the reservation will be released with no refund. The best policy is open communication. Your reservation dictates our Associates Work Schedule and they will be paid for any scheduled reservation you place.

Well Mannered pets and Children are allowed. No outside alcohol or drugs of any type are allowed (Federal offense). No smoking or vaping is allowed (designated outside area available). No outside food allowed.

No Touching or modifying the Fire Tower, your associate will be glad to assist. No outside alcohol or drugs of any type are allowed (Federal offense). Any damage to the Fire Tower, or furniture will be charged to your on file credit card.

Our employees follow state guidelines. The staff is trained to thoroughly clean and sanitize after each booking. Our customers and employees health and safety is our top priority while visiting us.

By purchasing a ticket, participating or attending this event, I understand that I and everyone in my party have signed this the waiver and I and everyone in my party consent to the following terms.

I and everyone in my party WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Averill House Vineyard LLC and/or any of its agents, contractors, employees, owners, sponsors, staff, affiliates, volunteers, and any other entities that help support the Event from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities for death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability, property damage, medical or hospital bills, theft, or damage of any kind, including economic losses, which may arise by reason of my participation and/or presence at the Event. To the extent possible by law, I hereby fully waive, release, and discharge all parties notwithstanding their own negligent acts or omissions or the negligent acts or omissions of others.

I agree that I will not bring any action or claim against any of the parties hereby released for any reason associated with the Event.

In the event I decide to bring a minor who is under the age of 18 to the Event, I understand that I am solely responsible for the well-being and supervision of that minor at all times while on the property of the Event. I give my permission for emergency medical care to be administered to the minor should a medical emergency arise during the Event. Any expenses incurred will be my sole responsibility. I understand I am fully responsible for all minors who accompany me to the Event.

NO REFUNDS FOR TICKETS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Reservations can be rescheduled once up to 7 days prior to the reserved time. I understand tickets are transferable by notifying Averill House Vineyard LLC and receive verification of request within two hours of the Reserved time. Tickets are not refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Averill House vineyard LLC or any of their subsidiaries, sponsors, affiliates, directors, shareholders, officers, employees, volunteers and agents be liable for any direct, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind, including without limited (i) lost revenues or profits (ii) loss of business or loss of data (iii) loss or damages to any personal property including computer, mobile phone or other device that is in any way related to our Event, even if Event Producers and its subsidiaries, sponsors or affiliates have been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (iv) for any claim, loss or injury based on errors, omissions, interruptions or other inaccuracies in our program or websites, including without limitation, as a result of breach of any warranty or other terms of the Terms, the use or inability to use our official website or services, the software, unauthorized access to or alternation or your transmissions of data, statements or conduct of any third party in the website. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability of consequential or incidental damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to all users; in such state liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand this Event may be canceled and refunded in full if Producers wholly or partly are unable to produce this Event, Such causes shall include acts of God, war, riots, civil insurrections, cyclones, hurricanes, floods, fires, explosions, earthquakes, lightning, storms, chemical contamination, epidemics or plagues, acts or campaigns of terrorism or sabotage, blockades, embargoes, accidents or interruptions to transportation, trade restrictions, acts of any Governmental Authority, strikes and other labor difficulties, and other events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of such Producers. Should the Event be cancelled under the above circumstances; you will have the option of rebooking on on the next available date or a full refund.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH, OR AGREE TO ASSUME THE ALLOCATION OF RISK TO YOU AS SET FORTH HEREUNDER, DO NOT ENTER THE EVENT OR PARTICIPATE AS A GUEST
