Class will be led by Terri McCabe, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher and General Manager at Core Fitness and Physical Therapy. She worked closely with Owner Diane Fidler to create the Core Pilates Teacher Training + Apprentice Program. Additionally, she received her aerial fitness certification through AIR, and is a former collegiate athlete. She is also one of the founding board members for The Nautilus School.All proceeds will support  social-emotional learning programs at The Nautilus School.
