Join me for Yoga and Heart and Shoulder Opening Myo-Fascia Workshop - Saturday, March 3, 2:30 - 5:00 pm, $20

Yoga and the Feet Fascia - Saturday March 10 - 2:30 - 5:00 pm, $25

Both of these workshops will teach you simple myo-fascial release techniques paired with Yoga Asanas to allow you to practice routinely and regularly at your own for the betterment of you health and wellbeing.
