Married couple with a loving dog, is seeking a housemate to share a beautiful newly renovated house.

We have 1 bedroom in our 3 bedroom house open to the right person.

About the House:

It's a 3 bedroom suite on the top 2 floors of a heritage house. There are 2 rooms on our main floor, one is our music room and teaching space, the other is the room for rent.

We have great neighbours in the suite below us.

- short walk to canada line, whole foods, choices, shops, Broadway B-line, and blocks off the bike route!

About us:

39 and 31 years old, primarily vegetarian, active, artistic, easy going and nice! (...and non smokers)

We treat our home like our sanctuary, meaning we keep it clean, treat it with respect, and try to keep the energy and flow positive and restful.

However, we love to play live music and play games with the dog. We may be teaching music lessons out of one of the rooms, so a love of music and some patience will be required.
