An ongoing AcroYoga Jam in Vancouver.

Come on out and practice AcroYoga among friends, try out new moves with spotters, get help on specific transitions from a certified instructor and have a shit ton of fun!

This is not an organized class but instead a play time with access to tips and support.

Bring a friend or meet a new on here.

No experience required.

An open heart and mind is requested.

The jam happens twice a month starting on the first Sunday.

$10 drop in.
