To mark the launch of his new single JE T'ATTENDS from the upcoming album entitled “Lonsdale”, Loïg Morin will perform a completely new show on Wednesday, February 29 at CBC Radio-Canada in Vancouver. After long months of work, Loïg is ready to deliver an album “to sing along and hum” to electronic and acoustic accompaniment. His lyrics, reminiscent of Miossec or Etienne Daho, evoke the relationship between men and women, intimacy, the difficulty of being oneself as well as the fragility and the beauty of life. These universal themes are evoked with bold candour and set to enchanting and enticing melodies. His favorite instrument? Folk guitar. His influences? Melodies that are deceptively romantic like The Cure and The Smiths, groups he loves and that have been an inspiration to him. Most of the time, Loïg is alone on stage with his instruments, but this time, other musicians will accompany him:
