Its that time of year again when the days have turned shorter and darker, winter blahs are just starting to set in and the world seems cold and bleak... this can mean only one thing: The time has come to once again shed your pants and party.

For those of you who don't know the rules its fairly simple:

NO PANTS.

... but also, girls are not allowed to just wear a dress or a skirt and call it not-pants (common people, that's fucking lame and you know it)... boys however CAN wear a skirt or a dress (yup, that's a double standard people, eat it up). Be creative. Be drunk. Be fun.

Bring your own booze and bring anyone along who I might not have invited but would approve of, the more the merrier.
