In the mountains outside of Lake Tahoe lies a beautiful, mystical healing hot springs retreat. A place to find tranquility, your bliss, to heal, and to discover the real YOU.
Join us this week learn of the true you through the healing arts of dance and movement, art, and your connection to nature and the universe.

Rasa Vitalia presents healing dance and movement through her journey in her art form: Rasa Dance. Rasa Dance classes are based on the classic and modern techniques, old and new movements, and the energetic disposition of World Dance I believe that the combination of meditation, movement, mind and nature is the perfect balance towards healing, inner harmony, and enlightenment. Rasa Vitalia's workshops remind us of the importance of maintaining a complete and healthy mind, body, and spirit discipline. Rasa Vitalia promotes good health, beautiful connection, and celebration of all. As a dance artist, Rasa Dance uses movement to communicate meaning about the human experience. It is far more than exercise or entertainment. It us a powerful medium to express our values, our thoughts, our aspirations, our fears, and interconnectedness about the lives we live and the world in which we live. Rasa Dance embraces unity and celebration. Based in the American melting pot, Rasa Vitalia is fortunate to learn about all world dances and understand how all dance and music unite us all without ego or separation. With a B.F.A. in the Visual and Performing Arts, Rasa Vitalia has 15+ solid and consistent years of training in many dance forms and extensive background in live performance. Rasa Vitalia's performances are beautiful, graceful, sincere, captivating, and vibrant. Due to her experience, Rasa knows how to incorporate not only her knowledge, focus, talent and skill at her learned dance forms in performance and in workshops, but knows how to be really creative in her art, and really engage, capture, communicate, and carry an audience through a journey, which is actually called "Rasa" in the language of Sanskrit. And to note, "Vitalia" means "Life" in Latin. Beyond just technique, Rasa Vitalia and her "Rasa Dance" truly connects with the essence, feeling, and meaning of the music, the rhythm, movement, and life through the form of dance. JUSTYN ZOLLI VISUAL ART LECTURES AND EXHIBIT

My art practice is a conversation with the timeless, the primal, and the elemental.
My art is concerned with the unifying qualities of light, and exploring flowing visual rhythms found in my study of Nature. My images are abstract, and inclined towards clarity, simplicity, and a truthful response to all those evanescent moments of experience. I pursue my practice with the intention of communicating the universes’ great ‘interconnectedness’ and my own connections within it. The message throughout my work is that the world is luminous and humanity is a part of this larger world, and that the concerns of art are part of, not separate from, the system of forces that connects us with everything else. While my inspirations come from my study of landscapes and nature, I am ultimately more interested in building up something from within than extracting from without. I am always working towards that moment of ‘transformation’…from material to idea. I revel in surfaces that both actively absorb and reflect light, and in my creative process I allow the material elements to be exalted rather than disguised. I attempt to reduce form and light back to its own natural essence without contrivance and develop structures based on models in Nature. I allow the process to evolve through me freely and intuitively, until that moment when a new image is brought forth.
