Houseboating 2012

Housebating in BC!! On boat July 31st and off boat August 4th, 2012!! It will be $500 per person again which will cover the boat for 4 days, gas to refill boat afterwards and all meal and snacks. First 18-20 ppl who make full payment or partial payment are guaranteed a spot. Rules are as follows from the very begginning.
1) back out a month and a half before trip you get full payment back.
2) if you back out a month before the trip you get 3/4 of payment back unless a replacement is found then full payment will be returned.
3)if you back out three weeks before trip you will not get payment back unless a replacement is found and I will not work my ass off trying to find a replacement.
3) if there are unforeseen circumstances,death or emergency arises and you must back out then you will receive full payment back.
Seems fair I think because I am not forking out extra money out of my wallet and no one else should have to either!
It is going to be the best 4 days of party time so I suggest you come!!
