This year's youth camp, hosted by Glad Tidings, is going to be amazing!
Here's the lineup:
We're starting out Sunday, July 15, with
>A CONCERT WITH JEFF DEYO (www.jeffdeyo.com)!
Jeff Deyo founded the band, SONICFLOOD - a Dove Award-winning, Grammy nominated group with more than one million albums sold. After he released his own album in 2003, "Saturate", he garnered himself a 2003 Dove Award nomination for New Artist of the Year, while the single “More Love, More Power” landed at No. 1 on R&R’s Christian pop radio chart. From teaching at conferences to leading worship for crusade events with Josh McDowell, Luis Palau, John Bevere, John Maxwell, Max Lucado, Louie Giglio, Joel Stockstill, Tommy Tenney, Willow Creek, Saddleback and others, Deyo’s music exists to serve his ministry and God’s purpose for his life. You might have also heard him at the AG's National Youth Convention in 2004 and 2006.
Bottom line: You won't want to miss this concert.
If you're interested in just attending the concert at 5pm that night, advanced tickets are $10, otherwise there's a $15 entrance fee at the door.
>We're having evangelist Pat Schatzline return for another powerful week of services (http://www.mercyseatministries.com/).
He is an author, motivator, apologist, and revivalist. He has been a featured guest many times on television and periodicals. Pat is known for his humor, passion, and authority in the arena of public speaking. He has ministered on five continents at large and spoken to literally thousands upon thousands of people (going everywhere from Planetshakers and ministering alongside of Reinhard Bonnke) If you were here last year, you know you won't want to miss out on hearing this amazing preacher.
>In the weekday morning services we'll also be having Isaiah Saldivar (www.theawakening209.com).
This speaker who has taken the Bay Area by surprise with his God-centered messages and house meetings. In the past year alone, he's reached over 20,000 people out of his house.
>Services will be held every night at 6pm at the church (anyone is welcome to attend these services) and worship will be done by Glad Tidings' very own band: Thrive (www.gtsf.org).
Thrive has traveled to numerous camps and events and also hosted Glad Tidings' camp worship for three years now.
The rest of the week will be filled with activities such as:
>A city-wide scavenger hunt
>House of Air (www.houseofair.com)
>Spending time putting our faith in action by helping out friends in the inner city.
>Did I mention that we have a giant hamster ball - the ZORB - for the night activities (www.zorb.com)? We're going to be strapping some people inside of it too.
We're excited! We're pumped! WE WANT YOU TO COME!
DON'T FORGET: Anyone is welcome to join the evening services at 6pm
