Hello Wonderful Artists!

This is a Call Out to All Military Artists for the Veterans Art Show, "Veteran Artists: Creative Expressions Friday March 2, 2012 @ the Veterans' War Memorial Building, San Francisco, Ca. All Military Artists are welcome to include, active duty, reserve, veterans, disabled, and retired . Submissions Deadline for artists who need matting or framing assistance is Feb. 7, 2012 (bring to SFVAMC rm GA 41, Deadline for finished ready to be shown is Feb. 21, 2012 (name, dimensions, displayed, medium, genre). Please inbox me by this deadline with this information and/or bring piece into the SFVAMC 42nd n Clement in San Francisco, Ca rm. GA.41. Also for volunteers in box me. Thank you n happy creating:+)!

In addition, I also need volunteers for communication/dissemination: spreading the word through flyers, email, Facebook, etc., pre/post room set-up and take down with the curator (Gretchen), Flyer (Nya), project coordinator to help me to continue to organize this fabulous art show.

i'm also working with a friend of mine who is assisting me in having an article in the Chronicle for the show hopefully. Also if you have any extra easels, and command hooks that would be so wonderful. We have 12 easels, but would appreciate more.
