Fast and slow, soulful and precise, Beso Negro is made up of amazing musicians that will challenge you to move your feet as fast as they can move their fingers, pics, and bows. It may be a challenge to keep up, but even for the listening crowd they are not to be missed.

This is the music of my youth, with New Orleans sensitivities about jazz and blues folded together into a tapestry of sound. They're from all over, but they make me feel like I'm back in the French Quarter, late at night, in a smoke-filled room. Allow me to take you home to New Orleans in the familiar Studio Gracia.The nitty gritty:

Schedule: doors at 8, band starts at 8:30, we'll have a DJ spinning the band breaks

Parking: easily available on the street, don't leave valuables in plain sight
