The Bay Area Voltron production force known as Helicopter Showdown is the largest outfit in the game, consisting of Devan Day, Ryan Wade, Joshua Small, and Blake Powers. Said to be the “Wu Tang” of Dubstep, these west coast bass monsters have been turning heads with their unique sound of ridiculously heavy and beautifully melodic dance music world wide.

Supported by such highly respected artists as Skism, Borgore, Mt. Eden, Rusko, Downlink, and Reid Speed amongst others, their music is quickly being recognized within the bass music culture.

These guys run the largest Dubstep weekly on the west coast, and have just expanded into Los Angeles. Whether digging tirelessly for the perfect track, finding new artists to add to their label, or slaving away in the studio, they breathe music, and obsess over it every waking moment of the day. Their roots are in the spirit of the true DJ, reading the crowd, engaging an audience with an energetic stage presence, and letting the music speak for itself.

With an arsenal of chart-topping tracks including over 40 original productions & remixes, K THEORY, have marked their definitive pathway through the electronic & bass music soundscape.
