Late last year we launched www.bturn.com , an international online magazine presenting a hand-picked selection of contemporary Balkan and Eastern European culture, covering music, film, art and design, as well as a range of social issues, from education to drugs and sexuality. We wanted to offer a fresh, straight-forward approach to the complexities of this disparate cultural space in a way that’s at the same time entertaining, educative and engaging.

From a two person operation and no visits on September 25th, 2011, we are now 18 people international team and over 100,000 unique visitors to date.

But we can't run on enthusiasm forever. We need to give something back to unstoppable contributors, developers and designers and that's why we need you to come the party and help us raise funds to somewhat alleviate struggles of the shoe-string budget.
