6° Senso Art Gallery is pleased to invite you to the opening of the personal exhibition “ETHEREAL BODIES ON SCENE”, of the artist from Como Vanni Saltarelli, on Friday, 11 November 2011 at 19.00. After the retrospective exhibition “Between sign and colour” at the Auditorium of Cadorago, where almost one hundred and twenty artist’s works that illustrate his artistic career from the late 50’s until today were exposed. Vanni Saltarelli will exhibit at 6° Senso Art Gallery more than thirty new artworks characterized by vibrant and energetic signs and colorings, which, according to art critic Annie Droit Girard, are reminiscent of an “emotional symphony”: << He wisely takes advantage of the freedom given to him by the colours derived from his energy, so that the deconstructed bodies are like sonatas by shimmering tones. Apart from the most colourful paintings, whose bright tones of reds, yellows, pinks, ochres and blues blend harmoniously with the darker tones of grays and black, are also exposed paintings in which the dark tones of black and grey are dominant and surround the soft female bodies with profundity, thrown into the light like ethereal bodies blown by the wind. As the contemporary aesthetics critic Paolo Meneghetti explains: <
