(Bunyan and Boxer Painting).

Round One – Qualification (Banyan Round)
Theme – ‘Carnival of Change’
RULES:
1. Art material will not be provided, hence, participants must bring their own material.
2. The canvas to be painted on will be provided by us.
3. Only paints and markers will be permitted to be used. Participants using sequence, fabrics, embroidery etc. will be disqualified.
4. Changing the shape of the shirt or boxers, cutting it etc. will not be allowed.
5. Individual Participation.

SPADE PAINTING.
There is nothing more revelling, than the smell of fresh paints and an open canvass. If you feel the same way, come and participate in Spade Painting and challenge your artistic barriers. A painting knife and a piece of cloth is all you have, to give life to your inert sense of innovation.

CULINARY CARNIVAL.
Are you tired of watching all those Top Chef Competitions, knowing all the while that you can do a better job? Here is a chance for you to show/improve/brush-up/sharpen or even DISCOVER your culinary skills. So get ready with your chef’s hat and register for this event on our website.

RULES:
• This event involves a team (consisting of maximum of two people) to prepare a dish using a main ingredient which will be provided by us.
• Any other ingredient(s) that the participants wish to use will be bought by them.
• The preparation will not involve any stove or electrical devices.
• Maximum time of 30 minutes will be given to prepare the dish.
• Dishes prepared can include- salads, sandwiches, drinks (mock tails), desserts etc.
• Participants will be marked on the basis of –
o Taste
o Presentation
o Novelty of the idea
o Creativity
o Name of the dish prepared

SHUTTERBUG SHOOTOUT: PHOTOGRAPHY
This year at Symbhav, we offer shutterbugs, yet another challenge: to capture the essence of Symbhav that conveys the theme of “Carnival of Change”. Photographers from across the country are welcomed to enter this challenge.

RULES:
Participants are requested to send in their photos to photos@symbhav.org titled as "Shutterbug Shootout" with the file name as follows: “title_name_surname”.
Two entries per participant will be entertained.
Participants entering this photography contest can register free of cost /pay their registration fee via our online portal.
Participants may also enter our second shootout challenge which will be held during Symbhav and must capture the essence of Symbhav in a single photo, shot during the course of Symbhav either within the campus premises or at any designated event venues.
