Bailey Hart - Show Pony
Pole dancing is no longer just about the tricks, it's about how you put on a show. Bailey's success has been because of her ability to create a story through her movement and tricks. In this workshop Bailey will teach you how to construct a routine through the use of timing, movement, and of course - YOUR TRICKS!
1.45pm – 2.45pm - £10/Members only £5
Our regular one hour Sunday lesson with our guest instructors so it will be an interesting and fun class! This class is for people who book onto one of the other classes.

Luxe Letoile – Flexibility and Back Strengthening Workshop
This workshop focuses solely on back flexibility. You will learn various stretches and contortion technique to improve your back flexibility and strength, whilst also learning how to protect your back against injury. Back flexibility is a vital component to many elements of pole; it helps to create fluid movement in dance, develops better posture, and improves the look and technique of tricks including basic leg hangs to advanced pole tricks such as Eagle and Cocoon.

Miss Bailey Hart
Bailey holds the current following titles: PoleCandy Semi Pro Pole Dance Champion 2011; Australian Capital Pole Champion (ACPC) Runner Up 2011; Best Musical Interpretation ACPC 2011; Miss Pole Dance Australia 2012 Finalist; and International Pole Championship (IPC) Semi-Finalist and Top 25 2012. Bailey has been pole dancing for 6 and a 1/2 years, competitively for the past two years, and instructing for 3 and a 1/2 years at the world renowned Suzie Q Pole Studio. Her background stems from theatre after studying 3 years at Charles Sturt University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Theatre and Media. Bailey is a unique pole dancer in that she is continuously growing and diversifying, exploring new entertaining and sometimes abstract performances.
Luxe Letoile
Luxe is the consecutive Asia Pacific Classic Pole Dance Champion 2010 and 2011 and has performed internationally on stage with some of the worlds best including Jenyne Buttefly, Natasha Wang, Duncan West and Chelle Hafner. Luxe is managed by Pure Pole Management (owned by IPC’s Head Judge Natalie TeKanawa) which saw her perform on Australia’s Got Talent and tour New Zealand with the Pure Pole Elements troupe (www.purepoleelements.com.au). Luxe has been instructing since 2006 with world renowned studios including Bobbi’s Pole Studio, The Art of Pole (Jamilla DeVille) and now Suzie Q Pole Studio. Luxe fuses contortion and pole to create her own signature style, a slow, controlled, artistic sensual movement.
