DJ Nu Rock is a born and bred Newfoundlander, so it's a guarantee that this dude can party. He brings an energetic and interactive performance rocking every genre of music and brings a unique mix of everybody's favourite songs while sneaking in hype tracks that are not in the mainstream. He has made some big moves for a short career in DJing so far and is starting to emerge out of his east coast environment.

Nu Rock is one of the busiest and most sought after DJ's in Newfoundland maintaining 3 weekly residencies. He is a two time nominee for East Coast DJ of the Year (Stylus Awards) and has competed at Red Bull Thre3 Style in 2010 & 2011. He has opened for most big names that have come through his home province in the last few years including Dragonette, Far East Movement, Adventure Club, Scientists of Sound, JRDN, Wristpect, LMFAO, Snoop Dogg, The Game & Ghettosocks to name a few. JON DECK is a rare breed of artist. He is a passionate disc jockey who combines turntablism and top notch selecting in order to move any crowd; from an intimate gathering, to rammed out mega-club. JON is a master DJ who's versatility allows him to integrate everything from Hip-Hop, Electro, Dubstep, Pop, Mash-up, Funk/Soul, Reggae, and House, Jon Deck is a premiere representative of the next level of party rocking.

Jon Deck has a dedicated fan base in Ottawa and abroad. He has toured across the US extensively as well as Canada. Jon Deck has been spotlighted in multiple magazines, periodicals, and websites including, MTV.com, GQ, The Ottawa Citizen, Under Pressure Magazine, Mad Decent, Masalacism, and CBC just to name a few. As an artist Jon has collaborated with hip-hop's elite, including songs with PUMPKINHEAD, SEAN PRICE, GHETTOSOCKS & Ottawa's FLIGHT DISTANCE. Jon Deck held his own in the Battle DJ circuit, placing in the RedBull 3Style Competition. JON went on to judge the event in 2011, with experience judging the Canadian DMCs in previous years.
