This is just an event I made to see how many people would attend, if this event was set ahead of time.

Based on recent events that have occurred in our great home of Canada, I've decided that enough is enough. Bullying is a problem that needs to cease. And, in order to help cease this bullying, I propose we act, instead of talk.

I'd like to hold a walk; a protest/fundraiser, if you will. I'll be calling a few organizations like TelJeune, and asking them if they'd like to sponsor the event, if I have enough people who are willing to participate. The idea is to have a large walk during the spring; signs, t-shirts, protesters the whole kit. The walks itself will be free to join, but donations are highly recommended. The walk is basically going to be a 5-7KM through Ottawa, starting from Parliament Hill.

All proceeds would go to help Teljeune, and to some form of organization that would help teens and children that are being bullied, or harassed. If you have suggestions, post them on the wall. Please click 'Attending' if this interests you, and if you'll go through with it. Not only are we walking to stop bullying, but we're walking to support those who've died from it, and who are fighting against it.

No one deserves to be bullied, and it's time we did something to stop it.

Bonjour a tous, ceci est un événement que j'ai crée pour voir si le monde serait prêt à y participer. Le principe est celui-ci;

L'intimidation doit arrête. Trop de jeunes dans notre communauté en on souffert, et personne n'agit. C'est le temps de cesser l'intimidation, le taxage, et surtout les suicides. Je veux organisée une march; un protes-collect de fond. La marche est gratuite, mais les dons sont fortement encourager. J'ai demandée commandite a TelJeune, et tout les fonds ramasser iront a Teljeune, L'association Jasmin-Roy, et Prevnet. (Plus vers l'organisation Jasmin-Roy et Prevnet, mais tout ce qui nous reste ira a Teljeune, ou Jeunesse J'écoute) L'idée c'est d'avoir le plus de gens possible, portant des t-shirts (que nous ferons avec les commandites;ceux-ci iront gratuitement au bénévole, mais a un coût fixe pour ceux qui participe à la marche) C'est une marche non seulement pour arrêter l'intimidation, mais aussi pour se souvenir de tout ceux et celles qui on perdus la vie à cause de cela.

Idéalement c'est une marche de 5-7 KM a travers Ottawa, en partant du Parlement.
