The Spring Mineral, Gem and Bead Show
March 30, 2012 – The Central Florida Mineral and Gem Society (CFMGS) presents the Fall Mineral, Gem and Bead Show at the Central Florida Fairgrounds, 4603 West Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32808. The show will be March 30, 31, and April 1. Admission will be $5 adults and $2 students. Parking is free.
Featured at this show will be unique beads, minerals and gems, fossils and artifacts, custom jewelry and metaphysical stones. Visitors will enjoy demonstrations of cabochon cutting, faceting workshops, and children’s activities. There will also be special demonstrations of wire-wrapping by CFMGS members Byron Wurtz and Linda Bycz. The Central Florida Mineral and Gem Society will have door prizes throughout the show and silent auctions for some of the more interesting minerals and spectacular gems.
The show hours will be as follows:
March 30, 2012: Show opens at 1pm, and closes at 6pm.
March 31, 2012: Show opens at 10am and closes at 6pm.
April 1, 2012: Show opens at 10am and closes at 5pm.
