Get ready for the SECOND ANNUAL yoga HOEDOWN y'all!!
Last year, over 100 of us gathered for 4 days in the Berkshire Mountains....live MUSIC of all kinds, YOGA for all levels, home cooked (for you) food, a magical swimming pond, campfires, DANCING and about a million stars......
It's half yoga retreat, half live music festival, all heart and joy.
DO NOT miss this uniquely beautiful gathering!! It was truly one of the most profound experiences of heart opening community I've ever been a part of.
It all takes place on the top of a mountain at the beautiful Abode Mountain Camp in New Lebanon, NY. Yoga classes from many of NYC's finest teachers take place all day in the huge outdoor tent where musicians and DJ's play into the night. Tons of space to wander, hike and move. Plenty of time to play, rest and rejoice. The main accommodations are your tent and a limited number of private and shared cabins. Outdoor showers and actual bathrooms! And if you're not the "roughin" it type, there are also cozy rooms to stay in just down the mountain. All your meals will be provided (vegetarian style) either way.

Retreat begins Thursday with an optional yoga class at 4:30 and ends Sunday after lunch. Three classes a day are offered at various levels in addition to optional workshops in acro yoga, slacklining, breathwork, meditaiton, kirtan....each evening there is live music. Opportunities to dance guaranteed. An exact schedule will be sent out closer to the actual retreat.
$365 for the entire weekend includes all yoga classes, music, three meals a day, and camping (bring your own tent) from Thursday night till Sunday afternoon. (That's REALLY CHEAP!).
And if you can't make it for the whole weekend or would like accommodations other than tenting....
DAY RATE: $125/day with tenting (includes three meals a day, classes and music)
COMMUTER: $70/day (includes three meals a day, classes and music - does not include lodging)
HALF DAY RATE: $40 (classes, music and dinner only)
Kids 10-15: $25/night
Kids under 10 are free.

BYO Tent: FREE!
Shared Cabin (two single beds): add $75 ($25 per night)
Private Cabin (one single bed): add $120 ($40 per night)
Dorm Room (3-4 ppl): add $210 ($70 per night)
Shared Room (2 ppl): add $255 ($85 per night)
Private Room: add $300 ($100 per night)

NON-CAMPING ACCOMMODATIONS ARE LIMITED, REGISTER EARLY!
The Abode Mountain Camp is located only a 2.5 hour drive from NYC in the Berkshire Mountains in New Lebanon, NY. Or take the Amtrak train to Albany (45 min taxi to the Abode) or Metro North to Wassaic (an hour and 15 min taxi to the Abode). There will be a message board to help those looking to coordinate carpooling and taxi-pooling with others. Transportation costs are separate.
