The 3rd Annual C U L T U R A ART & MUSIC FESTIVAL showcases local and international art of all kinds. The festival will start at 6pm with $1 food, $2 drinks and $3.50 premium drinks for 100 minutes and there is no cover til 9pm. 21&up $5.
