So, in a mad moment, I signed me and Jay up to take part in University of Manchester's Student Union Bogle Stroll, a charity fundraising event.

It's a 55 mile walk, taking 14- 25 hours to complete.
That's like walking from Lancaster to Manchester in one day!

We hope to do it in about 16 hours (probably a bit optimistic, especially given that only 50% of starters actually finish), but we both have stubborn streaks to help us through the pain of the inevitable blisters!WHO ARE WE FUNDRAISING FOR?

My dad was recently hospitalised and is still undergoing treatment for a heart condition. The advice he received from the BHF was invaluable, and they also fund research into heart conditions. :) We think it's a really worthy cause.HOW MUCH ARE WE AIMING TO RAISE?
