Emerald Ace is Nottingham's very own rubber faced burlesque eccentric.
A performer since late 2005 Emerald specialises in character based and often comedic acts. Emerald's acts most commonly involve face-pulling, manic running around and comedy flailing, served up alongside a kicky soundtrack. Emerald has performed throughout the UK, including The Wet Spot in Leeds, The Bluestocking Lounge in Swansea, Dr Sketchy's throughout the UK and the Edinburgh Fringe.
Emerald will be talking to us about her wonderful self, about characterisation and act creation, touching on areas such as how she creates a character, music selection and costuming for character.
