In 2009, the SoCal REPO! Army was approached by one, Darren Lynn Bousman, with an arduous task: a week and a half to put together a shadowcast for a Hollywood screening of REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA. Ten days later, ADDICTED TO THE KNIFE made its debut on February 27, 2009. What we lacked in costumes, props, stages, and choreography, we made up for in spunk, spirit, and tenacity! Now, three years later, we're giving some of our newer blood a chance to experience the terror and exhilaration we felt, that first night!

By the year 2056, GeneCo - Rotti Largo's biotech company that saved the world from a devastating plague of organ failures - has put society back on its feet, by offering organ financing on the cheap. The only catch? If you don't make your payments on time, you can expect a visit from the Repo Man, GeneCo's legal assassin, come to collect his due. In such a dystopia, what chance does Shilo Wallace, the sheltered, sick teenage daughter of one of GeneCo's finest Repo Men, have to gain her freedom and the truth behind her widowed father's dark secrets? With help from the charming, seemingly omnipresent GraveRobber, can she stay out of the clutches of the corrupt Largo family and make it to the Genetic Opera, to find the promised cure to her mysterious illness?
