Ross McCracken and Josie Dade of The Yellow Fish Hutchins Foundation are looking for keen cyclists to join them on the first tier of their 1,500+ mile charity bike ride from London to Gibraltar.
If you feel like this describes you then please help us raise some money and get on your bike!
All donations raised are split across three charities:
The Chestnut Tree House - A UK based charity which looks after terminally ill children - www.chestnut-tree-house.org.uk
The Clock Tower Sanctuary - Supporting homeless young people in Brighton and Hove - www.theclocktowersanctuary.org.uk
Drop4Drop - An international clean water charity - www.drop4rop.org
Thanks to the generosity of EISL and other major sponsors, every penny will go to charity with no admin costs or event overheads. The Yellow Fish Hutchins Foundation will use donated money to provide whatever the charity needs, on a specific project basis making where every penny goes visible.
The UK tier will consist of a sponsored cycle from London to Newhaven (approximately 65 miles) on the 30th August 2012, starting at around 9am and finishing as Ross and Josie board the ferry to Dieppe, where they will continue the journey through France and Spain.
We are asking that participants raise a minimum of £50 each
Participants will receive a sponsor form, an accompanying letter and an information pack; including further information on how to get involved.
To apply to get involved please send your name and contact details to simon@yfhfoundation.com as there are a limited number of spaces available.
This event is open to anyone who wants to get involved and help raise money for a great cause, so please don't hesitate to invite your friends, family and anyone else who you feel would be interested!
