• identify skills to benefit your customer services

Business growth specialist Jo Copoc of Boomerang Business Solutions will look at the core principles of knowing who your customers are and making successful sales. Jo’s talk will be covering:

• Establishing your customers’ needs

• Winning conversations

• Dare to be different

This event is open FREE to members of The Women's Organisation business club. Membership is currently free and open to women running a trading business in the northwest of England.
