'City Creations' are a group of second year Events Management students from Liverpool John Moores University. We are organising a charity music event to help raise money and awareness for three fantastic, locally-run children's charities:

*Mukuru Project Liverpool - A Liverpool based charity that supports street children and offers relief in the slums of Mukuru, Kenya

*Claire House - A 10 bedded hospice for children and young people with life limiting, life threatening conditions

*Alder Hey Imagine Appeal - Raising funds to build a new oncology and outpatient building for Alder Hey Children's Hospital

Headlining:

*KILLAFLAW - Named after a track by legendary bluesman Howlin’ Wolf, Killaflaw inhabit the electronic/rock interzone.

*Ian Dunn

*The Dead Velvets - A band formed from the ashes of the skeleton keys who were last year's Soundcity youth live winners. This five piece are only gaining momentum with an ever growing fan base and an amazing roster of songs.

*The James Whitehouse Band - A 4-piece band playing an eclectic mix of Rock, Blues and Alternative music; combining Searing Blues licks and heavy drum grooves.---------------------------------------------------------
