This six week course covers all the basics- yes that includes hooping on the waist- so don't worry if you haven't hooped before! It then moves onto 'off-body' tricks, hooping on different body parts and learning to dance with the hoop.

Starts Wednesday 29th February 2012, 6:30-7:30pm, at:

Studio 79, 15 Midland Street, Leicester, LE1 1TG.

£45 for the full six weeks. Hula hoops provided!
