Glitz Girls:0-11mths, 12-23mths, 2-3yrs, 4-6yrs, 7-9yrs, 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs, 16-25yrs.
Natural Girls: 0-11mth, 12-23mth, 2-3yrs, 4-6yrs, 7-9yrs, 10-12yrs.
Boys: 0-23mths, 2-3yrs, 4-6yrs Age division determined by age March 1st.

Adults: $10.00 Children 4-12 years $5.00 Children 3 and under are free
One Adult Admission is Free with each registration. Additional admissions may be purchased at the pageant.
VIDEOS and PHOTOGRAPHY
A professional photographer/videographer will be on hand to capture this special occasion.
Order forms will be available at registration and orders must be placed before competition begins.
NO CAMERAS OR VIDEO CAMERAS WILL BE ALLOWED IN BALLROOM

National America’s Cover Miss® & Cover Boy® USA in Daytona Beach, FL. This is where you will have a chance to win $10,000, $3000, $2000, $1500, or $500 in savings bonds!!
Scoring will be based on:
Facial Beauty, Personality/Poise/Modeling, & Overall Appearance
***NATURAL & GLITZ COMPETITIONS ARE COMPLETELY SEPARATE!!!***
Natural competitions will be in the morning and glitz competitions in the afternoon.
Full Bonds Awarded with 50 contestants entered. With less than 50, Bonds will be Awarded at ½ Value. Bonds will be awarded at Cash Value which is ½ of bond value. If you choose to take the bond, please be prepared to provide social security number.

You must make your reservations directly with the hotel by April 30th to get our group rate per night.

6 GRAND SUPREMES – 2 Natural (0-3, 4-up), 1 Boy (0-6) & 3 Glitz (0-3, 4-9, 10-up)
The Grand Supreme will be the contestant in each breakdown with the highest combined score from the beauty and casual wear competitions. Each winner will receive a large custom crown, monogrammed wrap around banner, and state award. Grand Supreme winners will also receive a $200 savings bond, your $400 Beauty Fee paid to the 2012 National Finals & a $100 Savings Bond payable at Nationals.
6 MINI SUPREMES – 2 Natural (0-3, 4-up), 1 Boy (0-6) & 3 Glitz (0-3, 4-9, 10-up)
The Mini Supreme will be the contestant in each breakdown with the 2nd highest combined score from the beauty and casual wear competitions. Each winner will receive a large custom crown, monogrammed wrap around banner, and state award. Mini Supreme winners will also receive a $100 savings bond, your $400 Beauty Fee paid to the 2012 National Finals & a $100 Savings Bond payable at Nationals.
6 BEAUTY SUPREMES – 2 Natural (0-3, 4-up), 1 Boy (0-6) & 3 Glitz (0-3, 4-9, 10-up)
The Beauty Supreme will be the contestant in each breakdown with the highest beauty competition score.
Each winner will receive a large custom crown, monogrammed wrap around banner, and state award. Beauty Supreme winners will also receive a $100 savings bond, & your $400 Beauty Fee paid to the 2012 National Finals.
17 DIVISONAL BEAUTY WINNERS - Glitz: (0-11mos, 12-23mos, 2-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-25)

The Divisional Beauty winner will be the contestant in each age group with the highest score from the beauty competition. Each winner will receive a large crown, monogrammed wrap around banner, and state award. Winners will also receive your $400 Beauty Fee paid to the 2012 National Finals & a $100 Savings Bond payable at Nationals.
ALTERNATES AND FUTURE STARS – Glitz: (0-11mos, 12-23mos, 2-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-25)
Natural: (0-11mos, 12-23mos, 2-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12) & Boys: (0-23mos, 2-3, and 4-6)
There will be 4 alternates chosen in each age group. Each alternate will receive a state award. Each Future Star will receive a state award. Every contestant will receive an award. You are all winners at Cover Miss!
OVERALL WINNERS (Overall awards are not Double Crowned you may only win 1 Overall Award)
There will be one winner for each title chosen out of the contestants that enter in glitz or natural competitions.
Overall winners will be awarded to the top scorers in each of these breakdowns:
Boys (0-up), Natural Girls (0-up) and Glitz Girls (0-3, 4-up)
Overall Most Beautiful/Handsome, Overall Fashion, Overall Natural Headshot and Overall Headshot of Choice…..
Each winner will receive a Crown and Satin Wrap Title Sash.
STAGE FORMATION
An adult may go on stage with any age contestant. Stage will be marked for front T, but you may model the back T formation if desired. You will have 1 full minute on stage.

NATURAL AND GLITZ COMPETITIONS
(All separate events listed may be entered in a Package for Discounts!)
REGISTRATION FEE & BEAUTY COMPETITION – Required for all Titles - $125
Natural: Girls: should wear Sunday best, flower girl or special occasion dress with no custom stoning added.
Contestants 0-3 No makeup except, clear lip gloss, clear mascara and translucent powder.
4-12 may have light makeup, mascara, lip gloss, etc. Boys: should wear Sunday best outfits or suits.
Nothing fake- no fake hair, eyelashes, nails, flippers, etc. may be worn in the Natural competitions.
Any tanning should be very natural looking. No make-up on boys.
Glitz: Girls: ages 0-6yrs Short pageant or formal dress with white socks and shoes. 7-9 Short or long pageant or formal dress and 10-up should wear long formal dresses.
Full glitz pageant hair, makeup, tans, eyelashes, nails, flippers, etc. are allowed.
Each contestant will have 1 minute on stage for their individual beauty walk.
Individual walks will be followed by a group lineup.
CASUAL WEAR COMPETITION – Needed for Supreme Titles in Natural - $50
Winner in each age division will receive an award & gift.
Natural: Girls and Boys: An outfit you purchased from a store. You are not allowed to add anything (decorations, trim, etc) to it. You may decorate accessories to match such as hats, headbands, shoes, etc. Modeling for this event is Casual Beauty Walk Only…You can “toe up and/or lift your hands behind your back or rest them on your hips. Not Prissy Walks, Spins or Crossover Turns. You CAN NOT Pro/Am model or remove jackets or other articles of clothing in this event. We provide all music for this event. You may enter a 2nd Casualwear for $25 and we will use your higher score.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE COMPETITION – Needed for Supreme Titles in Glitz - $50
Winner in each age division will receive an award & gift.
Glitz: This can be any outfit you want. Sportswear, Swimwear, Custom Casualwear, Theme wear, Costume etc. It can be custom made or off the rack, glitz or non-glitz.
You may enter a 2nd outfit of choice for $25 and we will use your higher score.
You may do any type of modeling you choose in glitz OOC. Pro-am, Runway, and Freestyle anything goes.
OPTIONAL OVERALL EVENTS – EXTRA AWARD, NOT NEEDED FOR SUPREME TITLES

Each winner will receive a Crown and Satin Wrap Title Sash.
Overall winners will be awarded to the top scorers in each of these breakdowns:
Boys (0-up), Natural Girls (0-3, 4-12) and Glitz Girls (0-3, 4-9, 10-up)
MOST BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME Natural or Glitz- $20.00 - There will be a winner chosen in each age division and 1 overall in Boys, 1 overall in Natural and 2 overalls in Glitz. This will be the contestant with the highest facial beauty score from the beauty competition.
BEST FASHION Natural or Glitz - $20.00 - There will be a winner chosen in each age division and 1 overall in Boys, 1 overall in Natural and 2 overalls in Glitz. This will be judged on the dress/suit you wear in the beauty competition.
NATURAL HEADSHOT - $20.00 - Photo must be a NATURAL HEADSHOT no smaller than a 5x7 up to 81/2x 11. Color or Black & White. Digital touch ups and enhancements are NOT allowed in this event such as adding eye lashes, shaping lips etc. Photos must be turned in at registration in a hard plastic photo protector and labeled with name, age division and event name on back. Extra photos may be entered for $20 each. Photo protectors will be available at registration if needed. There will be a winner chosen in each age division and 1 overall in Boys, 1 overall in Natural and 2 overalls in Glitz.
HEADSHOT OF CHOICE - $20.00 - Photos must be a HEADSHOT no smaller than a 5x7 up to 81/2x 11. Color or Black & White. Each contestant may choose a package special or enter events individually.
Everyone must Pay Registration Fee and Compete in Beauty.
All boys will compete in Natural and all girls ages13-25 will compete in Glitz.
Only girls ages newborn-12 years have the choice to compete in Natural or Glitz
