Mark your calendars for Labor Day Monday as the Breakfast Yoga Club Houston backbends into fall in collaboration with Houston Free Day of Yoga and sponsored by the Texas Yoga Association to bring our community its first round robin yoga practice of the season.

We will kick off the event at Rothko Chapel Park with some live music at 9am and then have our practice from 10-11:30am with some of Houston's best teachers. Stay after, have a picnic and play with Houston's beloved AcroYoga CommUNITY!

Yogiños: Yoga for Youth® will also be participating and offering kid's yoga playtime while the adults are practicing, so bring the kiddos!
