The 2011 Keep it Safe series of self defense workshops were a rousing success! They did so well, that we are bringing the class back to Innate Chiropractic Healing Arts Center on the last Wednesday of February!

Need a refresher on the things you learned last year? Interested in picking up some "easy to learn" techniques that can "keep you safe" in a potentially bad situation? This is the class! Just like the last, the "Keep it Safe" series is only $10 for the general public, and free to all training students of Texas Coast Karate.
