This venue is located in the heart of Fifth Ward. At this event will be a number of agencies to encourage and educate visitors on ways to save money and build personal wealth.

These agencies align with the theme of Houston Saves - helping individuals and families: save; buy a home; repair their credit; go to school; start a business; build wealth; pay down debt; build an emergency fund; save for retirement.

There will be activities for the children (lady clowns sculpting balloons and face painting), performances by area schools (drum line and dance troupe), and a contest for students at Fifth Ward area schools with the theme of saving. The event will also have refreshments (chili dogs and lemonade), speakers, entertainment, and door prizes.
