24 March : Goa - North Goa Sightseeing tour

25 March : Goa - South Goa Sightseeing tour + Boat cruise

26 March : Goa

27 March : Goa - Delhi (overnight travel)

COST OF THE TOUR

Cost : Rs. 7,300/- per student for 05 nights / 06 days as per the above itinerary for minimum group of 64 students. COST INCLUDES

*Accommodation: Accommodation for 04 nights / 05 days in Deluxe Rooms, on four sharing basis.

*Food: Multi-cuisine meals. Daily Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included. All meals beginning with dinner on Day 01 to breakfast on Day 05 as per the above itinerary.

*Sightseeing : All feasible local sightseeing of North Goa / South Goa.

*Boat Cruise with cultural evening and dance party on the boat.

*Train Fare : In Non A/c Sleeper Class

*Transportation: Non A/c transportation ex-Goa

*To / Fro railway station transfer in Goa.

*Hotel Taxes.

*Road Tax / Toll Tax

*One Professional Tour Escort, experienced in handling Group Tours for the smooth handling of the tour.COST DOES NOT INCLUDE

*Soft drinks, beverages, mineral water etc.

*Personal expenses like tips, telephone calls, laundry etc.

*Meals on the train : Goa – Delhi

*Airfare

*Personal insurance/ baggage

*Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, landslides, political insurgencies etc.

*Any services / meals not mentioned above



TERMS & CONDITIONS

*Cost is based on minimum 64 students travelling together.

*Please note the rates are given on the current basis, if the fuel or taxes increases, the rates will vary accordingly.

*100% Payment to be made by Cash or Cheque/ DD in favour of Geographic Destination Tours Pvt. Ltd.

*Service tax to be charged on the total bill.

*Student won't be allowed to join the tour, without submitting Undertaking Form before the start of the tour, duly signed by Parent's / Local Guardian.



RELEASE AND WAIVER

When signing the Undertaking form the guest explicitly states (agrees with) the following:

I am fully aware of the risks caused in any tours. I am participating at the tour on my own risk. It is agreed and understood that the owners, operators and agents of this tour including Geographic Destination Tours Pvt. Ltd. are not the guardians of any customers safety and they cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death or damage to the guest, his / her property, or his family, heirs, or assigns. I am well aware, that Geographic Destination Tours Pvt. Ltd. is not being responsible for other participant’s misconduct. I agree to comply with the traffic laws and group travel regulations. I am in good health, meet the demands the tour requires, and will obey the rules. I am fully responsible for myself.Please feel free for any further clarification or information regarding the same.
