Hello Friends,

I am so excited to be adventuring to India once again. I am feeling the blessings and wanting to share the blessings too!! We have made some slight changes to the program which has allowed us to discount the price a bit. I hope this can a make a difference and you will be able to join us. The group we have so far has such a sweet vibe going. We are getting excited and looking forward to this new ancient experience. All levels welcome!!

What to expect:

Two yoga asana classes a day (Vinyasa Flow, Classic Hatha, Restorative)

Bhajans ( singing and chanting to evoke the devotion of our spirits and higher selves)

Mediation ( both silent and lead)

Mantra ( an introductory workshop on starting a disciplined mantra practice)

1 Reiki healing session ( I am a level 1 practitioner and am so grateful to share this work with you)

Two healthy vegetarian meals (fish optional) ( we went with three meals last year and this was just too much food! Juice bar and restaurant onsite for snacks in between if necessary)

We will try and take some excursions together to various temples and street markets. There is also the opportunity to hop on a scooter or take a taxi at anytime and go exploring on your own. I welcome the adventured spirit!!

10 days on the Arabian sea letting go and letting it all unfold.... where we are staying is much quieter and tucked away from what you might assume of Goa. You can go anywhere from here. You'll see....

Amanda Amanda Capobianco is a Brooklyn based yoga instructor, light worker, intuitive healer and guide. She has been living and teaching in New York City for the past 9 years.

Amanda possesses the ability to recognize and interpret the symbolic

dimension of life, and to perceive external reality as the embodiment or reflection of profound inner patterns and images. Accommodations

Portuguese Style Cottages

Two of seaside garden studio cottages are carved into the volcanic rock and enjoy en suite shower with hot water and western toilet. They are spacious and comfortable for two people sharing and benefit from a shady verandah, easy chairs and table and a hammock for appreciating the unparallel views of the palm and flower gardens. The upper cottages benefit from their own private garden with views to the surrounding cashew hills and ideal for viewing those famous Goan sunsets. We provide mosquito nets, plug-ins, comfy mattress and pillows, daily room service and twice weekly linen changes.

Zen Style Tree Houses

The unique cross-ventilated eco-design of these accommodations is designed especially to maximize the natural elements and provide a comfortable temperature during the hottest days and night. They have wrap around verandas so you can enjoy the vista from all aspects and towards the rear garden there are conveniently placed toilets and showers.

Tipis

These distinctive shaped accommodations are individually furnished, have electrical sockets, bedside tale and rustic mats. They compliment the surrounding environment and appeal to the ‘kid’ in all of us as we fall asleep looking at the night sky and the sound of the Arabian Sea. They share communal toilets & showers.
