Our first GT of 2012 is here - marking 10 years since our first GT party!!

We have taken note of some of the feedback we received from our online survey. The main change is that anyone coming to GT must let us know in advance, you can do that by indicating on this event page by clicking attending or leaving a comment with names of all attending. Alternatively you can email us thegroovetheory@gmail.com. We will not be accepting so and so plus 5, you must send us the names of all people. We are doing this to give you guys a better GT experience and atmosphere. Negative is not the mood, positive is the attitude......

Anyway down to business!! Saturday 25th of Feb is the date for your diary to get your old Skool fix. Our resident djs will be diggin thru the crates to bring you the best in 90s rnb and hip hop, 80s soul n boogie, new jack swing, 90s ragga, funk, 90s slow jams, Y2k era rnb..........and a whole lot more.

DJs Naeem, DMG, Kash the kid classic, Joeboy Higgins and our host the one and only Babs aka Dj Flow providing the soundtrack to your night.

We have spoken to the venue re a cloakroom and some drinks promos, hopefully both of these things will be in place for all the GT parties this year. Entry is a fiver but you must be on the 'guestlist' to gain entry - if we don't have your name in advance then you will be politely refused. And when we're at full capacity....then we're full! so please arrive early as possible.
