Irish Film Festival Franklin

Theatre and film are awesome tools for connecting with culture, history and language, so TEAM IRELAND will give significant attention to both the stage and screen, through a series of literary cabarets and an Irish Film Festival. Our theme for 2012 will be WOMEN OF IRELAND and we will focus on such notable Irish women as Maria Edgewroth, Lady Gregory, Lady Jane Wilde (aka Speranza), Maude Gonne, Teresa Deevy and others. For this we will need actresses to represent these ladies and read from their writings.

For the film festival we will need folks who are interested in screening and judging films.
