We are back in Cecil County because they just loved us there and we've moved to a bigger venue: Fair Hill in Elkton, MD.
We've got great music lined up and good food. We've got lectures and workshops and yoga and drum circles. We've got hooping and dancing and feeling free and loving with like-minded people. The journey to our authentic selves takes many twists and turns. As we move forward towards ‘enlightenment’ seeking the bliss and peace so many have promised, we often lose touch with the very vehicle that houses the consciousness we seek. Full bodied awakening embraces all of who we are. I’ve met many folks on the path who have lost touch with their root. So anxious to transcend their pain and misery they drop all body connection and live a half life here waiting for that heaven or nirvana so many gurus and priests have promised. This year we will celebrate KarmaFest’s 7th Year in Maryland!!
KarmaFest is Maryland’s Ultimate Holistic/Psychic/Yoga Festival and we are so happy to be bringing KarmaFest back to Cecil County. This year the Cecil County KarmaFest will take place at Fair Hill in Elkton. This is a new venue for KarmaFest, however, we found during last year’s Cecil County festival that Cecil County was excited for the experience and came out in large numbers, thus we outgrew our first venue.
This KarmaFest will be just like the others. There will be lectures and workshops on psychic and holistic modalities, such as Matrix of The New Paradigm with Laura Jackson from Virginia Beach, VA, A Return to Courage with Jacqueline Crines, Discovering Your Soul’s Purpose with Mallori Stoler, and Spirit Circle (gallery style readings) with Maggie Salter.
As always, there will be great music throughout the day featuring DYNASTY ELECTRIC, HuDost, goatFISH, Fractal Cat, Bob Sima, Bhakti Tree, Trio Mundo, and SO MUCH MORE. This year we will also be adding a real magician, David London, who will be performing his Wandering Wonders and Magic Outside The Box Cabaret Show.
And of course we will again feature The Indigo Showcase, with the young and talented Indigo/Rainbow/Crystal Children and Adults, reading their poetry, playing their instruments and dancing and singing. We are also having a drum circle each day.
There will be great food: vegan and vegetarian, as well as more traditional foods. Vendors abound will offer their holistic/mystic products, knowledge and services such as reiki, massage and reflexology.
