As the main lady of DnB Lives Here, a collective of folks committed to growing and advancing DnB music culture across Canada. Her non-stop dedication has also earned her the reigns of the DnB Girls of Canada; a collective that pushes the sound of accomplished female artists across the country. Having placed 3rd out of 40 participants in her first ever DJ competition only 6months into her DJ career she’s subsequently went onto becoming the top female DJ in Edmonton before making her way out east. This talented lady now holds her own in the big bass leagues of Montreal and is not afraid to add a bit of a feminine touch to the aggressive bass so many of her counterparts are known for. Keep your eyes and ears open for up and coming Dj duo MASTER-FADERS, as Jamie Sho and Jams continue to push Bass Music to the next level.

Crystal Fresh was introduced into the electronic music scene in late 1999. Through out the years, her passion for electronic music peaked her interest in the work behind the scenes of the bangin' parties she was attending, so she began helping with the promotion of many successful parties and club nights.
In November 2006, she ran the diverse electronic weekly club night "Nouveau Disco" @ Club Vibe. It prospered until May 2007, when she graduated university, and left to travel in Costa Rica to clear her head, surf, and focus on her music. The early months of 2009 went spent on tour in Central America, dropping dirty basslines in El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. In August 2009, Crystal hit western Canada playing shows from Calgary to Kelowna. In 2010 The Dnb Girls of Canda L.O.U.D. tour with Dj Sw@t and in 2011 played a numerous amount of prominent west coast festivals. As 2012 rolled around it was back to South America for her second cross country tour! Now she is back just in time for the newest project BELLES OF BASS sponsored by the DnB Girls of Canada: Crystal Fresh lays down the law each and every time.

Fresh out of the prairies, and straight into the mountains of British Columbia, this young scenester has been a busy girl in the Canadian electronic music scene. Staying involved in most of the major club nights throughout the city of Winnipeg over the course of several years, she used her drive and ambition to become aleader in the underground afterhours scene. As one of the founders of the Elektrik Kollektive Members Only Afterhours, she continuously pushed to bring about the vibe that the music deserves by promoting events locally. Observing her local influences as well as international artists, she took all she had learned to launch her blossoming DJ career, and spread her love of mixing and music across the country. Rocking out the electro, bassline and fidget house.
In 2009 she found her new home in a city in the rainforest, next to ocean... Vancouver. What she found there... was broken beats. Diving head first into the bass heavy drum genre's and gracing Canadian festival stages such as Motion Notion, Sexy Sounds and Mad Hatter, and opening for artists such as Aphrodite, this Miss is a force to be reckoned with in the Western Canadian music scene. Although the Canadian scene has been full of opportunity for her, let that not be the end all be all. Winter 2012 began her Central American tour, offering further exposure all across Costa Rica and Panama. Behind the decks, she uses her passion and energy to inspire the dancer that lurks within us all, with the funnest, dirtiest, high energy beats, guaranteed to burn a hole in your shoes!

Isis Graham has been on the forefront of Calgary dance culture since 1997. Whether you found her organizing warehouse raves in the nineties or headlining clubs across Canada in the millennium, she was there, she’s here to stay and more excited about music than ever. Largely influenced in the early days by the stripped down, tracky Chicago house sounds of legends such as Dj Sneak, Mark Farina and Dj Heather, her DJ sets defined her as the queen of funky
house in Calgary. You can always expect big bass, big funk and a whole lotta soul from her Dj sets.
After her first release with Canadian funk hero DJ Neighbour on US Imprint Alphabet Recordings in 2008, she was captivated by music creation and the art of singing. Bringing her voice to the stage with her DJ sets and music production, Isis has created another level of performance and expression. Currently involved in two live band projects as a vocalist; The “Piper Davis” project and her own project “CASTS”, she has had the opportunity to open for acts such as La Roux, Gift of Gab, VitaminsforYou and playing festivals such as CMW,
NXNE, GLORY DAYS and SLED ISLAND. In 2011, Isis finds her influences from places as dark as Dubstep to the glittery mirrors of power pop. Taking a detour in 2010 with Dubstep, her marriage of vocals and grime has captured the attention of local imprint Tycho Records. Isis is set to release four tracks this spring; “Hit it from the Back” and “Don’t Slip” on the Subsonic Warfare Vol.1 compilation as well as “Fantasy IV” and “Draw the Line” on their Japan Disaster Relief EP in June, 2011, with more forthcoming in the fall on Tycho. Fans can also look forward to a deep and grimy single “Flight” by Mark Instinct and Isis for Japan disaster fundraising set to be released independently in June of 2011.
Looking forward to the biggest musical year ever, Isis has never been more ready to rock a party with all the best people. Look for her at Sled Island Festival, Bass Coast Festival, Girls on Decks, 403DnB events and more this spring and summer.
