Hey everyone! Its that time of year again....The American Heart Association's 2012 Heart Walk. We are gathering a team: Do It For Popsy, in honor of our dear friend Della Ruiz to fundraise & walk to help fight Heart Disease!

The American Heart Association is the largest voluntary health organization working to prevent, treat and defeat heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases. These diseases, the Nation's No.1 and No.4 killers, claim more than 813,000 American lives a year.
