Occupy Missouri Gathering

Occupy Missouri is an event gathering all of the occupations from Missouri and the surrounding area to create unity that encourages the support of our brothers and sisters in the occupy movement.

Occupy Missouri will provide a concentration of strength for action and provide occupiers with practical training and experience that can be brought home and shared with their local occupations and called upon to support other occupations and events in times of action and crisis.

Initial gathering at Liberty Plaza (in front of Columbia City Hall).

Participation in planning is open to those that volunteer. Post or message us and we'll be happy to include you in the process.

Noon - 1PM: Lunch, Welcoming, and Orientation
1PM - 3PM: Opening GA
3PM-7PM: Practical Training
5PM-6PM: Dinner and Massing
7PM-8PM: Set up of Occupation Site (Boone County Courthouse)
8PM-9PM: Speakers

*Saturday June 30th*
8AM-9AM: Breakfast and Massing
9AM-10AM: GA (including review of previous day and planning an evening action from scratch adapted to the circumstances and will of the people)
10AM-1PM: The Grand March
1PM-2PM: Lunch (at a park on the route)
2PM-6PM: The Grand March Continues
6PM-7PM: Dinner
7PM-?: GA Planned Action
?+: Movies

8AM-9AM: Breakfast and Massing
9AM-12AM: GA and discussion groups (including review of previous days, current situation, and plans for the day and arrangements for the Occupy National Gathering in Philadelphia)
12PM-1PM: Lunch
1PM-4PM: Direct Actions
4PM-5PM: Camp Breakdown and Cleanup
5PM-6PM: Closing GA
6PM-8PM: Send-Off Party and Dinner at Cafe Berlin
8PM: Carpool to Philadelphia and Good Byes
