Experienced yoga teacher and runner Linda Meacci teams up with ultra-marathoner Lucas Marsak to share insights and instruction on how principles of yoga can benefit the athlete in concrete ways. Lucas began studying yoga in 2005 and it has transformed his running. He now has better biomechanics, increased durability and better recovery. He can run longer distances with greater ease and finds deeper enjoyment in the entire athletic process.
