The event will be held on February 25, 2012. All participants are to report to The Chicago Bear, 6335 South Central Avenue, by 4:00 p.m. and the games will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. We are taking a maximum of 26 teams, and it will be on a first come, first serve basis. The cost is $40 per player which equals $160 per team (plus size shirts extra: 3X and larger). The price includes team t-shirts, bottom-shelf mixed drinks, domestic beer, food, medals for 1st, 2nd , and 3rd place teams, not to mention loads of fun! And, we are again awarding the Gold Medalists free admission to the 2012 Summer Olympics, so bring your a-Game! To sign up, please fill out the form below and return to the bar with your deposit of $80 ASAP. Final payments are due by Saturday, February 11th. Failure to make final payment on time may result in loss of spot. All payments are non-refundable!
