For those who love to lunch, EPIC is now adding an educational component to the dining experience.
Executive Chef Mark Pollard offers a luncheon experience that marries a cooking demonstration and leisurely lunch to an intimate group of guests. On the last Saturday of each month (with March being the exception) we will offer an informative and topical cooking demonstration featuring local, seasonal produce and a live interactive culinary class. Each class begins with a 30 minute kitchen demonstration of prepping, cooking and plating the featured ingredient.
Guests then sit down at the communal table to enjoy a Prix Fixe Menu and glass of wine.
