The Yaapana Foundation yoga master intensive greatly expands your knowledge as a yoga teacher and creates more possibilities to be of service through yoga. The three days are full of learning, exploring and understanding Yoga Therapy from a restorative perspective. You learn both stimulating and pacifying treatments to help correct physical and emotional imbalances and restore general wellbeing.
Applying decades of dedicated Iyengar yoga schooling experience, Leeann Carey authored this intensive so the practice may be taught easily, either in a classical hatha yoga studio or group fitness environment. You will learn how to teach traditional supported yoga, using all recommended props, combined with current methodologies of yoga and class development to support the needs of your students.
