Hempfest is the Oldest Annual Event in Ontario,now in its 14th concecutive year.

ALL Vendors NEEDS to register and PAY THIER VENDORS FEES with "Willy" BEFORE the Event .Forward any request to my attention Robert Neron at fdrlxmt@hotmail.com or by telephone at 1 705 367 2882 or here on facebook just add me.

Contracts for all vendors with a non refundeble deposit. this will be the ONLY way to confirm your presence at Hempfest 2012.

STRICKLY NO ALCOOL FOR SALES ON THE HEMPFEST GROUNDS.

All vendors need to bring thier own shelter.Once you arrive at Hempfest a Hempfest Staff WILL POINT OUT to YOU where WE want YOU to set YOUR booth/vending shelters.THERE WILL BE A PARTY AT THE RIVER THIS YEAR LIKE EVERY YEAR WITH THE USUAL LINE UP OF DJ'S.

We will have 3.5 days of relaxing camping and 3.5 days of partying.

ALL CAR WILL NEED TO PARK IN THE PARKING LOT TO THE LEFT JUST BEFORE THE MAIN ENTRANCE,YOU WILL BE ALOUD TO COME DELLIVER YOUR CAMPING GEAR, BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO BRING YOUR CAR BACK TO THE DESIGNATED PARKING ZONE.

If you use your cars as shelter, then the vehicule will be permited to remain on the site .
