As the event title "Helping a Friend in Need" this will be Legal Hustle Clothing first ever volunteer event and we want you to be a part of something that means a to us and the community.

We are looking for a handful of people (15-30 or more) to help us on March 23th and maybe March 25th in helping out someone in need at our local Calgary Mustard Seed.

There is nothing more better than to help someone out so lets take a few hours out of our day and give a helping hand in regular task that we do on the basis and help out.

As much as we are a clothing company we would also like to let the community and yourselves know that Legal Hustle is also about giving back as the community has given back to ourselves. So lets take this opportunity to give back and spread some positive vibes.

This event is open to anyone so if you would like to bring a friend feel free. Although volunteer space is limited it will be a first come first serve for registering for a time slot and depending on how many we can get will determine which location would best suit our group.

Also we are planning to raise some money to sponsor a meal so if you wanted to give a donation anything would help, just remember that you're not doing this for us or for yourself but for someone that really needs it.

ATTENTION WE HAVE A TIME CHANGE DUE TO A PRIOR BOOKING!

The new time change is going to be Friday March 23rd at both the downtown and foothills location. Times that are needed are:THE MUSTARD SEED CENTRE STREET (DOWNTOWN) 102 – 11 AVE SE, CALGARY

Lunch Prep & Clean: 9:00 – 11:30 am (max. 6 people)

Volunteers will work alongside of our kitchen team to prepare the afternoon meal for our guests. This includes making salad, cooking pasta, buttering buns, chopping vegetables, etc. This group will also help tidy the kitchen before lunch service begins.

Lunch Service: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm (max. 6 people)

Our meals are served cafeteria style. Volunteers will help to plate the meals so that our guests can come up and take them, as well as serving coffee, checking meal tickets, and bussing tables as needed.

Dinner Prep & Clean: 4:00 pm – 6:30 pm (max. 6 people)

Volunteers will work alongside of our kitchen team to prepare the evening meal for our guests. This could be making salad, cooking pasta, buttering buns, chopping vegetables, etc. This group will also help tidy the kitchen before dinner service begins.

Dinner Service: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm (max. 6 people)

Our meals are served cafeteria style. Volunteers will help to plate the meals so that our guests can come up and take them, as well as serving coffee, checking meal tickets, and bussing tables as needed.

**March 25 will be a shorter day as they only do lunch and no dinner on weekends. Times are as follow:

THE MUSTARD SEED SHELTER (FOOTHILLS INDUSTRIAL AREA) 7025 – 44 ST. SE, CALGARY:

Breakfast Prep & Service: 6:00 am – 8:00 am (max. 8 people)

Volunteers will work alongside of our kitchen team to prepare and serve the breakfast meal for our guests. This is a very fast paced opportunity as many of our guests need to leave the shelter for work or other appointments.

Lunch Prep & Clean: 9:00 – 11:30 am (max. 6 people)

Volunteers will work alongside of our kitchen team to prepare the afternoon meal for our guests. This would be making salad, cooking pasta, buttering buns, chopping vegetables, etc. This group will also help tidy the kitchen before lunch service begins.

Lunch Service: 11:30 am – 1:30 pm (max. 6 people)
