ENDLESS PAIN PROMOTIONS PRESENTS:
Vier (Melodic Metal from Brighton) - 10:15-11:00
http://www.facebook.com/viermusic
The five piece, all female melodic metal band hailing from Brighton are set for their next tour, supporting their next release. With Deftones-esque vocals, a powerful instrumental section influenced by Stone Sour, Cancer Bats and Skindred backed up by an 80s rock inspired drummer, it is a new twist on metal and any pre-dispositions and judgments need to be left at the door. They recently appeared at the Hard Rock Hell V festival which featured big name acts such as Black Stone Cherry, Michael Monroe and more.
Control The Storm (Gothic Metal from Bristol) - 9:25-10:00
http://www.facebook.com/ControlTheStorm
Control the Storm was founded in 2010 with a shared view to write and record passionate and exciting metal with unfaltering conviction. Rich Shillitoe, Daryl Barrett-Cross, Gareth Arlett and Raedon Mac decided to form Control the Storm as they had all worked well in a previous band and started working on the bands concept and music with drive and fervour. After a surprisingly short hunt for a vocalist, CTS drafted Hayley Martin after being recommended by Raedon. The final piece of the puzzle was introduced in July 2010 when Becky Baldwin joined as bass player.
A Vulgar Picture (Groove Metal from Swansea) - 8:30-9:00
http://www.facebook.com/PICTUREswansea420
These welsh boys are from the pretty shitty city of Swansea, South Wales. The band was formed by Arran Mitchell (guitar and vocals) and Richie Kittle (drums) in the beginning of 2011 after their roles in a previous band Winterburn came to an end. The two would later become three when James Langstone joined the band as bassist in May 2011.
Endeavour (Progressive Metal from Bristol) - 7:45-8:10
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Endeavour/193188017387841?sk=wall
Endeavour are a collective of nerds with a knack for making epic, skull crushing prog metal. Channeling the aggression of bands like Machine Head and Pantera into the progressive form of bands such as Dream Theater and Porcupine Tree, Endeavour combine dual vocal harmonies, mammoth riffs and versatile songwriting to forge modern metal with old-school ethos.
